36 { blessings }

On January 18th, I turned 36. I had a great day with my husband, starting with an amazing breakfast at Shea's Cafe.

* cinnamon pecan pancakes

* spinach and feta omelet

After breakfast, I was taken to Renault Winery for a private wine tasting. Had to take home a bottle of the Chianti and Blueberry Champagne. Very nice.

Quick stop at the Cigar Boxx to enjoy cigars and port. Oh yes!

Ended the night at Borgata.  We went to Fornelletto for their Wine Down Wednesday.

Taking Time { for us }

Me and the hubs spent some time in NY a couple weeks ago.  We love escaping there to spend some time together and experience life in the "big city".  Here's a few highlights.......

Stopped at LuLu and Me for crostinis and wine.  Courtesy of Gilt City who was offering a great deal there.

Stopped at Hudson Bar and Books for cigars.  Love the idea of the long wooden sticks and tealights to light your cigar.

We ended up at Mama's Food Shop for some home cookin'. This spot was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives, so we had to check it out.

New York......I miss you already! :-)

MY DAY IN PHILLY

Me and the Hubs had a great day in Philadelphia

*Stopped at Square 1682

*Met with the Sarah at SA VA.  Took some samples for her to see.  We worked out the details for an order.  The Qi Pieces will be sold in Center City!  So excited!

*Had a cheesesteak eggroll and french onion dumplings at Continental (not pictured)

*Stopped at Mahogany's for a nice cigar and great convo with my best friend, my husband.
